On Friday, December 1st, I had the honor of seeing through a labor of love – the groundbreaking ceremony of the first phase of the redevelopment of the former Glenarden Apartments! Having grown up in this neighborhood, it really does my heart good to see improvements made and the community reaping the benefits.
